Trainsville

Paper workshops will celebrate architectural landmarks of the Stockton and Darlington Railway.

Our programme of exciting hands-on paper crafting workshops celebrating the 200th anniversary of the modern railway are returning to Locomotion railway museum in Shildon, County Durham this Summer.
Come along and explore the iconic architecture and rich engineering heritage of the Stockton and Darlington Railway using our specially designed paper model kits. Participants will be guided through the process of creating a paper architecture model to take home. It is a great opportunity for families to share a making experience together and celebrate the innovations that made world history! This is a free and fun drop-in activity suitable for ages 8 and older, with all materials provided.
